Because I LOVE LOVE LOVE this studio and all the teachers. SO good--one of my favs of all time!
The staff is friendly, the classes are intense but satisfying in a good way. The space and participants are always welcoming and I feel comfortable there
Class was very positive and age appropriate for moms and daughters. I enjoyed the poses where I physically connected with my daughter.
Instructor was engaging and my daughters loved the class
