Hard work out with encouraging instructors who remind students that we are on our own paths and different skill sets...and that's yoga: a journey, not a destination. I push myself and physically feel great. The mindfulness that comes with yoga is an added bonus. PS I'm 60 and never once feel like the old guy in class. Love Flux!
