I took the yogalates class and I loved it. Janelle is amazing as always and the class is a perfect blend of yoga and Pilates. I love this studio. And I love all the 11/12 o'clock classes. Such a perfect time!!
I'm a member and today I took the new class Yogalates with Janelle, I loved it! I'm going to renew with Flux bc the class variety ( old and new), the instructors, space, and yoga community. I appreciate the added change as it rounds out what I was searching for.
