The studio has a great vibe, every I stricter I've met has been extremely friendly, the classes are always well planned, and I love supporting a locally owned studio.

The owner Ashlee was super helpful. Loved the instructor Marie. Studio was cute. Super welcoming space too. I appreciate it not being HOT yoga. I liked the 'warmness' where I could still breathe but still also enjoy myself and the workout and not feel overheated!
