I love the instructors and the ambiance of FlowFit. The Specialty Yin class was something I never really thought I would do but I love Maria and Jenni so much I wanted to try it out and I loved it. Even though I can't make it to the studio often, Alex's power classes are my absolute favorite way to spend a Sunday morning. Absolutely the best studio.
