I love that you asked for once get into the yoga room do not talk and no clinking jewels or accessories. The instructor's voice was so soothing and poses weren't complicated for beginners but also great stretches for intermediate as well. Great environment!

Flow has been changing in terms of getting my back, neck and shoulder pain sorted out. I love the variety of exercises in the reformer classes and the different kinds of intensity that you get with the various teachers. Highly recommended!
