Clear instructions, good pace, personable instructors, nice small classes, checks by instructor that you are doing the exercise correctly, offering alternative spring choices for exercise. Good timetable with availability.
Just enjoy going to my Flow Hot Yoga class. Deb is a lovely instructor and the ladies are so friendly
