The instructor was friendly and welcoming, gave clear instructions and was attentive, giving extra guidance when needed.

I started because it was close by and at a time that worked with my schedule. Now it has become because I love the class, how it's run, the teachings, the mixture of elements like sound bowls, essential oils, spiritual teachings and meditation.
