Daniele's classes are always amazing, I enjoy the poses and the philosophy of yoga that he teaches, it gives me the chance to stay focused on me for the hour instead of thinking about everything else that must be done that day. Always easy and hard poses to choose from and a great community feeling in class.
Nicola gave a beautiful sound bath.. it may have been a big contributor to my best sleep score ever!
