Great classes with knowledgeable instructors and always something different.
Instructors are very knowledgeable, approachable, listen to you and care. Even after a long day at work sometimes I feel like I can't be bothered exercising. I make myself go thinking it is only 1 hour or less. After the classes I feel invigorated,energized, and refreshed knowing that I have strengthend my body and lifted my mood through feel good indorphins.
