Nancy was very good and I really enjoyed the 40 degree flow and energy of the class.

Oh sorry! I was going to respond to your email later on today after work! I loved the class because it was really easy to follow all the steps, and the temperature in the room was perfect. The studio is absolutely spotless and the colours make it nice and fresh too, love the wooden flooring! I have been in studios with carpet and it is awful. I felt very relaxed when I left and I am looking forward to my next class.
