I just signed up for the intro offer and I've never done yoga/Pilates before and my instructor Lizzie was so nice and made me feel comfortable instantly and reassured me if I was struggling she would help me and give me tips. The environment is also very positive which makes you feel comfortable instantly. I have another class booked in today 😍
