I did meditation and I have never been so relaxed and calm. Felt so good afterward. finally slept like a baby 👍
Because the atmosphere and friendliness in all the stuff was amazing- and the commitment to making sure we are all going at our own level by the teacher was great☺️
Really enjoyed the class. My only complaint was the music is a bit loud and it is hard to hear the teacher over it, also the music was not what I would expect to hear in a yoga studio. Not the most relaxing music to find your zen with.
