Great class. Laurel was awesome. Nice studio. The best male bathroom ever at a yoga studio I kid you not!! (but you need benches in the middle for storing stuff closer to showers)
I loved the vibe of an actual studio rather than at a gym , the yoga was a bit different to what I have done before and liked the music also. Working out what package will suit my lifestyle atm and telling my friends how much I enjoyed it
