As a newby I was made to feel welcome 🙏 the instructor was very mindful of my precious injury and very helpful in explaining how the Pilates machines worked .... loved it
The studio is very friendly and welcoming. The instructors are very thorough when explaining moves. The studio is always willing to assist to make every experience a positive one and this is a fantastic way to encourage people who aren't sure to come back.
