Thought the whole expertise was warm welcoming and great
The premises were lovely, the yoga lady was great, plenty of room, lovely social area with tea and goodies after was a lovely end to the class. All round 10/10. I realised yoga is not quite my thing so at a later date I’ll try reformer Pilates. Thank you , Joan C
The grade of yoga is just what I need at the moment. I found the room a bit too warm for my liking. I will return if the temperature problem can be worked around.
