Going to your studio is my favourite part of every day!
The teachers are lovely and inclusive of all. I'm also yoga teacher and whenever I need some motivation for my own practice flow never fails to provide. There is always a little challenge thrown in and I leave knowing a little more.
Friendly staff, supportive instructors and acceptance of all levels of practice.
I love that I can go to all different classes including reformer in the same place and also love all the teachers that do something different and teach in their own unique ways and such a friendly centre with a great vibe
