Great class and very supportive to people coming back to yoga after a while of not practicing
The venue is clean and well presented - I lived the tea available - the instructors are really supportive abd helpful with newcomers. The vibe is positive 💚
The staff are great - very caring and, most importantly, know their stuff 😊. Studio is lovely and the location is good.
I was made to feel comfortable with my level flexibility and shown how to accommodate how my body was feeling at the time
Lovely studio feel, great bathrooms, friendly teachers. Everyone was social and nice in the classes. Great workouts. Will be back
