Great instructor and did not feel pressured to keep up.
I really enjoyed the hot yoga class... Great space and knowledgeable instructor. Felt good afterwares and am keen to make it a regular part of my life

Kasey is a great instructor. Well rounded session. Also Simone, Hayley and Lorraine are brilliant at what they do.
Lovely environment, feel comfortable with instructors, lovely people that run and own the business, feel great after every class, reformer Pilates is very addictive too
Amazing facilities, good for parking, lots of class options and having pilates aswell as yoga. Really friendly staff, excellent class, very welcoming and understanding for all levels
