So many classes to choose from, although I do miss out on the popular time slots often. Friendly staff and clients, great location to home and a really lovely space 👍

Relaxing, pleasurable, healing
Happy with that teacher I like her classes. The foundation was a bit more intense than other classes but I handled. The foundation classes all seem to be at diff levels
Amazing facilities, warm friendly space, and I love the personal touches at the end if each class, I just wish there were more yoga times especially late sat morning
