Friendly and welcoming environment + amazing instructors
It's was the right amount of challenging at the same time it was weirdly relaxing. Great coaching (not sure if that's the right word), nice facility over all great experience!

Flow is an awesome welcoming studio where i feel comfortable and safe to practice yoga.
Love the classes. Would love to have hotter 90 min hot yoga and also more classes like that one.
