The Flow studio is friendly, welcoming and clean. I feel like I've indulged every time I leave the space. Expect to walk in tense and walk out with a tonne of pressure off the shoulders thanks to the carefully guided practice each and every time. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable but beyond that, they are so approachable that you begin to form friendships with them and the students around. Flow is a hot studio with a warm community and I highly recommend it to all levels. Once you start, yoga becomes a part of your daily life. That's what happened to me and I am so grateful to the Flow studio for the transformation in me.
I like the ambiance and the instructor is great really enjoy the class. First time ever again I don't watch the clock. Very friendly atmosphere x
