I felt was so anxious going & From the time I walked in I felt comfortable the place is beautiful and calming and the girl was lovely and very welcoming, it was my first time ever to do Pilates and the girl (sorry I forgot her name) helped me and reassured me and told me to take breaks whenever I needed to, so I did not feel pressured at any time ♥️ it was an all around a lovely experience thank u 🙌🏼
Pilates class was very good wish it was at 9.30am Mondays
Both instructors were very welcoming and also very helpful
