The instructors are so friendly. The studio is spotlessly clean (and you receive a warm friendly welcome). Every session is different.

Daniele is great with Yin & Yang yoga. Not just leading us into postures (differentiated for different levels of fitness) but also sharing yoga philosophy & way of living that's relevant to life. Always enjoyed his class.
