Excellent Foundation Reformer class - Anouk is very knowledgeable and always clearly explains what to do and how to do it properly, and encourages you to go at your own pace (giving different options) so there's never any pressure. She is always willing to assist and answer any questions. I love her classes! The centre has a lovely friendly and welcoming ambiance about it, and I always look forward to my "me" time there. There are also a wide range of different classes to choose from with really good instructors!
