First time doing Pilates, felt at ease in the class, instructor was very easy to follow with clean instructions and provided additional guidance where needed. Class was fun, will be back.

The classes are just beautiful. The ambience of the room is just magical. This is the first time I have ever done yoga and I’m loving it. I will definitely be continuing on at Flow. Thank you ❤️
