I really enjoy the classes. Hayley is a fantastic teacher for beginners - explains things really well, very patient, down to earth and approachable, while also making it a challenging class and great workout.
It is a fantastic studio. Great class times that fit into my busy schedule of work and mother of a toddler. Love the classes!
