• I had a great customer service from Sam the lady on the reception. She welcomed me with a kind manner. Explained to me about floatwell before signing the consent form. Asked if I had any questions. And explained more about questions I asked. She talked me through the music and explained more in this area before we proceeded to the float rooms. While we went to the rooms. She explained about the facilities before proceeding to the float room. I got more of a understanding of what I was in for. Once in the float room. She explained about inside, to the showers, the tubs, how everything runs, what I can use, to when I finish my float. I got a good feel of the place and what I was going to experience. Sam has great people skills, her manner & explaining about the floatwell. I would definitely recommend her and floatwell to other. I enjoyed my experience throughly. I definatly would love to try this experience again.
