• Because I arrived to find that my booking was not scheduled, (which I think was because I didn't submit the time correctly when booking on line), but the nice chap managed to get me in within the following hour and he was so nice and helpful, so I went off and did some shopping and then he phoned me to say the room was ready early and the service I received was excellent. Also I find the floats very relaxing and therapeutic.
