• Because there is not many other methods that I know of to where you can reach such a deep state so quickly. I felt barriers and walls dissolving in my field of energy that I couldn't do through understanding alone. Key forgotten Memories appeared as well helping Me better understand why I am the way I am. Anyways it's pretty relaxing as well. 😂
