• Please do something about the slippery floor. The last 2 times I was there, I nearly wiped out on the floor outside the float rooms after my float. The provided slippers are very slippery on this floor. I have been floating for more than one year, but the last two times had this issue. Have you changed the detergent for washing the slippers, making them more slippery? Or the cleaning solution for the floor? Seriously, falling the wrong way on that concrete floor could lead to a bad injury; leaving aside liability issues someone could get hurt, which would suck. I mentioned it to the staff, and was told that other customers had mentioned it too. Please consider modifying the floor, or perhaps the slippers.
