It was my first time floating and I enjoyed it. At first it was hard to adjust but I tried many positions to see what best suited me for relaxation. About half way in I became restless but I believe couple more sessions and I will be completely comfortable. Each of the rooms has its own pods and shower and completely allows privacy. Super clean and the staff was very accommodating.
