Float Easy is a wonderful gift to give yourself. We all get caught in the rat race of life and never find the time to quiet our mind to tune into our intuition and give our brain a break. Being able to float and meditate has allowed me the space in my life to be there for me. I'm not bogged down by physical or emotional turmoil; I'm just weightless. I do have herniated discs in my neck and back, so it has been a fabulous way to relieve pain in those areas. Suffering from anxiety and mostly depression, I've needed ways to get me out of my house and positive ways to handle what I'm struggling with. Floating is a great option.
