Ronda and The FitWise Pilates team is nothing short of excellent. I work with Rhonda on an individual basis, and I do Pilates but also restorative Pilates. I've been rehabbing my knee injury and she knows exactly what to do to make the rehab go faster. Ronda knows in detail, all about interconnecting of muscles and reflexes and creates the right exercises to restore the joint movement and strengthening. The studio is always spotless and they are always cleaning up after every session. The teachers and classes are excellent. I can't say enough good things about FitWise Pilates.
