My instructor, Caroline, is knowledgeable about the body, efficient in organizing exercises and gracious In terms of supporting my efforts. She is well prepared for our sessions and gives excellent cues on the exercises while gently telling me what I need to improve ad well as complementing me on what I have done correctly. Caroline is the best Pilates instructor I have worked with which is a refreshing change from my experiences with previous instructors. Linda A
