Instructors are awesome and give you a top notch workout no matter what level you are. Participants are always encouraged to go at your own pace and given praises for their work throughout the classes. Very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere!!

F U is by far THE BEST fitness club there is!!! The facility is amazing - with any type/piece of equipment you would need and is always clean/spotless, and most recently sanitized!! Mostly however, it's the STAFF that make the studio experience so amazing!! All of the staff/trainers/Admin and OWNERS are so dedicated to what they do and ensuring a great experience for ALL - no matter the age/capability or specific needs - everyone is made to feel important!!! I have been a member at FU for many years and the club has only gotten better!! Here's to many more !!

Prime classes and Gentle Yoga are great. Cleanliness and overall management of the facility are very good.

Staff is friendly, gym is clean as a whistle and all levels are welcome. I am a huge fan of the group classes, you always have a spot and you get a bit more personalized instruction. I have made some great friends because of Fitness Unlimited.
