I love this gym! The variety of classes that are staggered through out the day are a huge plus! The staff here works so hard to make fitness fit into your schedule it’s almost impossible not to find a class that can work for you! Keep up the good work!

Instructors are awesome and give you a top notch workout no matter what level you are. Participants are always encouraged to go at your own pace and given praises for their work throughout the classes. Very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere!!
