The instructors were great! Very informative and enthusiastic without going over board. Also the equipment was wonderful, gloves were clean, mats were clean and the dummies were the best

Free trial, and boy am I sore! Only downside for senior here was loud music in the beginning (which quickly became manageable volume wise and inspiring), the underground aspect is a little disconcertingbut not when you are focused on punching, kicking, and sweating, and I did worry a bit about the rickety bench and loose toilet seat(s)
:( . Paige and Matan have so much patience and heart! I learned so much and was begging for more. I'm hoping to qualify for Kava Maga training even though my body may not be a good candidate.
