I felt welcomed when I arrived, the instruction of the class was executed wonderfully, the repetition or practice was truly helpful and the full workout benefit you get is a plus of the class.

The monthly membership is a little expensive, and I think a little more variety involving the moves (to prepare us for sexual assault and the like).
