The session was very informative and fun. I was really nervous at first, but the instructor made it very comfortable. Both were motivational and kept me going. Overall, I learned a lot and would definitely recommend it to others.

Professional and helpful staff. The place looked clean including the bathroom on the main floor. A good amount of dummies to practice self-defense on.
