Every at the front desk is always wonderful, the instructors are amazing and I love the classes. I come out worn out, but happy and with a sense of accomplishment. To top it off our nutritionist Arielle is always very fast and responsive, and fabulous, like everybody at the academy :-).

Any chance to replace the dummies with a punching bags? Having foam and plastic from broken dummies can be annoying.
