It was good but it could be better. There was a big difference between teachers.

Instructor made the class not only informative but fun and funny. I box and weight train regularly and this class was still helpful to me. Great tips and great information.
The workouts with Sherman get you going. He adds such good energy and spirit, yet tough in his workouts.
