I think for a free seminar is was a great experience. Sometimes with free seminars they don’t actually teach you anything. Not only did I learn actual self defense I felt empowered. After feeling defenseless so many time in a past abusive relationship it has been one of my goals/dreams to learn self defense. Classes can be expensive and seemed unaffordable for me so the “grandfather” pricing really works for me. Now I can feel empowered at an affordable cost.
You can do the classes from anywhere.
Because I loved the layout of the seminar and the concept.
