I thought this class was very informative. I would’ve signed up for more but my work schedule did not allow me to commit to going to more in person classes at this time. I will definitely be going to another class in the future because I enjoyed how they taught and interacted with the group. Self defense is so crucial now more than ever.
A friendly, upbeat, and welcoming environment. Trainer appeared knowledgeable and was very encouraging / energetic throughout the class.
Feel so empowered after the class!!! Can't wait to go back
