It was fun. I got to learn new fighting techniques. The instructor was very energetic and friendly. She gave me good advice. Every women should go to Fit Hit not only to learn how to fight but to make new friends. Everyone was super friendly and energetic. I also learned more about what the news doesn't show. I fully recommend Fit Hit to any women that I know. Good job at giving women a safe place to ask questions and teaching them how to defend themselves.
