• The class was very well structured, the heat was fantastic, and Kim really created a welcoming environment where I could be myself. I felt comfortable enough to take my shirt off for the first time, and I felt supported and motivated to push deeper into positions I never thought I could do. I drove an hour for this class and I would 100% say it was worth it!

• I went to the class with the new instructor Meg. She wash great. Super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Her class was fun, energetic and perfect for a 6am class.
