• I have been to many classes led by Toni, Anthony and Gerard in the past two months since returning to hot yoga. I love their classes; their precise instruction, their ability to offer/describe the range of beginner to advanced postures, and careful attention make it the best hot yoga studio I have ever been to, and that includes studios in Paris, NYC, Martha's Vineyard, and Cape Cod.
