Restorative Yoga class was excellent. I have been unable to do my regular practice due to knee injury. This class got me back on my mat. I really need more restorative to recover; being off the mat is making me depressed. Can we have more restorative classes?

Catherine was GREAT! Enjoy her class immensely. Wish there were more Stretch/Meditate classes. The slower pace of this class suites me better.

The studio is beautiful. The light that naturally comes in from the back window in the hot room is so soothing especially when doing shavasana after a tough Bikram pose. Was beautiful actually. Plus, the teacher was pretty awesome, so I'd highly recommend it. I liked everything about it.

Love the traditional 26 & 2 classes that are offered. Peter was an amazing instructor and very detailed about getting into the poses safely and properly!
