I look forward to my session with Kristi every Tuesday! It's the highlight of my week. Kristi is super nice, friendly, patient and has a calming and positive vibe. I feel so good when I am able to do the yoga positions and Kristi is a great teacher and always has belief in me which really helps me through 😊

It was a very clean facility! And it was my first time but I got there right as the class was about to start but Ricardo was patient welcoming. He gave phenomenal instructions and I was able to keep up and get a wonderful workout

I've had the best experience with my instructor that I've ever had in my hot yoga experience. Peter was absolutely amazing! He took his time in explaining positions and really teaching us about The different Vikram positions and how they help your body. He was patient knowledgeable and funny!
