After taking a Flow class with Melanie, I was surprised how comfortable I felt with her as an instructor. She has a very calm, peaceful and non-judgmental spirit and I REALLY felt embraced by her despite the fact that I am someone who has very little yoga experience. I appreciated how she would keep reminding us why we committed an hour to the practice and had us practice as a whole. She was very clear and I was surprised how, in a class that size, I could hear her voice the whole time. After the class, Melanie took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time.
My best friend was visiting from California and had never done hot yoga before and wants to do another class before she leaves to go back home. Sadly, when we looked to sign up for another class with Melanie, we didn't see her name. I guess that's why she invited us for next Sunday. Well, she should be there more often. She's someone who really encourages people to connect to ourselves on a much deeper level and has opened my eyes and heart after one class. ♥️
