I love Jen's burn classes, which are most convenient for me. They are addictive.
Extremely friendly staff , amazing instructor , very cozy environment , and amazing hot yoga - burn class!! Definitely have to come back!
I loved the class and didn't find the heat too intense. However, I did find the class a little too advanced for me and wished the instructor had demonstrated a little more. I had to look at the people around me to get an idea about some moves.
