• Well-rounded class with lots of options. I worked cardio, flexibility, strength, balance, and spiritual connection. No aspect of the practice was overlooked. I also always appreciate lots of the traditional flows/chaturangas in a class because yoga is cross training for me and I really need that type of upper body work. I liked how spacious the studio was and the clear instruction and pointers.
