• My schedule allows me to take various classes and I have recently been taking the Sunday 4:00 with Therese. Her class has become the perfect way to close out my week and re-fresh for the new week ahead. Her teaching style literally makes me feel as if I'm getting rid of the "clutter" from the past week while preparing me to be open to the new week ahead. She challenges your core strength and flexibility yet accommodates for yogis of all levels.
